This page explains payment processing for purchases made through Sunken City Collectables.

1. Accepted Payment Processing

Online payments are handled through Shopify Payments. The exact card, wallet or accelerated-checkout methods available for your order are displayed at checkout before you complete the purchase.

2. Currency

The currency and final amount payable are shown on the storefront and at checkout. Review the final order total before authorising payment.

3. Payment Authorisation

Payment may be subject to authorisation, fraud screening or verification by Shopify Payments, card networks, banks or other payment providers. An order may not be accepted if payment cannot be authorised.

4. Payment Security

Payment credentials are processed through the secure payment environment provided by Shopify Payments and relevant payment providers. We do not need to receive full card details processed directly by those services.

5. Order Total

The total amount payable is displayed at checkout. UK standard delivery is currently free on every order.

6. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, check the information entered and any instructions from your bank or payment provider. You may try an alternative payment method shown at checkout.

7. Duplicate or Pending Charges

A pending authorisation is not always a completed charge. If you believe a payment has been duplicated or remains unresolved, contact your bank or payment provider and then contact us with your order details if necessary.

8. Refunds to Original Payment Method

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Alternative refund methods may be used only where appropriate and lawful.

9. Refund Processing Target

Our stated refund-processing target is 5–10 business days, subject to applicable statutory deadlines. Banks and card providers may require additional time after the refund has been issued.

10. Payment Data by Email

Do not send full payment-card numbers, security codes, online-banking credentials or other sensitive payment information by email.

11. Payment Provider Terms

Payment providers may apply their own terms, security procedures and privacy practices to the services they provide.
